Chapel Hill photographer Tama Hochbaum documents the "wild yet slightly manicured" landscape found in UNC-Chapel Hill's Battle Park. Through innovative photographic and collage imagery, where the "whole image is made up of very distinct parts", this historic park reflects vast seasonal and environmental changes.

There's a little information about Battle Park, which includes UNC's Forest Theater, on the North Carolina Botanical Garden web site. The Botanical Garden has recently assumed responsibility for the park.
