Past Events: CHMSTACC Folk Arts School Ribbon Cutting

Saturday, February 1, 2003, 1:00 to 3:00 PM

Please join us as Betty Ray McCain, the former North Carolina Secretary of Cultural Resources, will at the Museum for a ribbon cutting and "Meeting of the Mentors" to kick off the CHMSTACC.

Eight-year-old Isaac Akers and his father Roger Akers, fiddlers, will be at the Museum to add a bit of old-fashioned, down-home, toe-tapping entertainment to the festivities. There will be Hot Cider and Cookies for all of those who wish to indulge.
